I say this only because you can buy this “famous North Korean cartoon” on VCD:

I mean, WTF. We in America get blamed for warmongering, but I’m pretty sure our cartoon characters don’t carry panzerfausts. Unless they came from the Acme Corporation – then it’s just peachy.

    In this episode, Communist Chipmunk uses his newly built handheld rocket and other various devices built by Clandestine Clam (to hell with those non-proliferation treaties!) to extort money from Capitalist Pig, thus proving that Communism will always win the day!     It appears to be some sort of life jacket, with perhaps explosive jihad as a secondary feature. He seems to be walking (or balancing with his tail) on water.

    I’m pretty sure those are ammunition pouches. It’s very similiar to ones used by the Warsaw Pact in the 1980s.
