WTF Is Up With Google Ads

Internal stats for January: 382,351 pageviews.
Google Ads stats for January: 53,320 pageviews.

Uh, yeah. Not gonna have effectively unblockable gold farmer ads for $3.41 a month. Hell, if I’m going to give up my integrity, at least give me enough to buy a taco dinner. So if you’re easily amused, buy my footer. This guy did and apparently got a couple of new guildies out of it.

    Could it be that Google doesn’t count people who use FF with Adblock, I never see your ads. So um… thanks for that.

    This is kind of fun, bidding against myself for cheap ad space on borkentoys.org. I need more websites to make banners for and see if I can outbid myself again.

    Well, it won’t let me actually outbid myself. I just keep replacing one free ad with another. Darn it.

    I think you’re well under the mark to even consider having ads on the site. It just annoys the readers and doesn’t give you any benefit.
