Drugs Are Bad

The Seventies were great, though.

(Mind shattered? Blame Yahtzee for reminding me of this classique.)

I just don’t know what to say… Sarah Brightman just let me down so very much. My only hope is that she didn’t right it and that there were people holding her family hostage and they forced her to sing those lyrics.

This feels like one of MC Chris’ earlier efforts.

    Dude!

Thankfully she went on to a much more lucrative and classy career in musical theater, helped likely by marrying Andrew Lloyd Webber (and not helped by divorcing him later.) She also did a duet with Andrew Bocelli for “Time To Say Goodbye” (which was a semifinal hit for Paul Potts, the dumpy carphone salesman on Britain’s Got Talent.)

This little bit of nonsense was done when Sarah was with a whole group called Hot Gossip, which was mostly British dancers, with her doing lead vocals at the ripe age of 16.

My friends and I usually crowd around a computer every wed. to see the latest Zero Punctuation!

I had no idea there was a video. We just looked up Sarah Brightman on wikipedia and were blown away by the fact that the song we heard was a one hit wonder.

As Scott so eloquently put many times…”Jesus wept”

Every time I think about how society is irreparably broken, I remember that we did indeed survive the ’70′s.

  • loredena

    That was… fascinating.

I only knew Sarah Brightman as spouse of Andrew Lloyd Weber and star of several of his Broadway musicals. That video certainly shone a different light on her, so to speak.

What is it with those huge breast implants? She’s so tiny and petite and they make her body look totally out of proportion.

    I’m disappointed in you Sarah.
