Ok...i just read all 3.  Mmmm...a little unhinged on the bloggin there guy.  I&#039;d tone it down some...you still have some work left in ya ;)

I never played SWG and only know of the NGE what I&#039;ve read about, but I would concur with Rubenfields conclusion that once the groundwork systems design for an MMO are done, they shouldn&#039;t be changed radically after launch really.  May as well make v2.0 or a new game with your fancy-shmancy new mechanics or whatever.  Of course the inherent problem with MMO&#039;s is that a) they do change quite a bit over time anyway, and b) you want the product to live as long as possible.  It&#039;s not like a single-player RBP ship/patch and forget :/</description>
