Machinima, by definition, is using a game's real-time 3D engine and specifically NOT 3D animation software. I don't want to take away from the guy's obvious talent. The video is amazing. But calling it Machinima is like calling a professionally model jet the best paper airplane you've ever seen. =) It’s awesome, but I have to agree that it’s not Machinima (though many people are referring to it that way).
