The Twitterfication of Lum the Mad

As most of you have no doubt noticed, my yen for long-form blogging has ebbed of late. It will probably come back at some point – until then I recommend two coping mechanisms:

* Adding me to your RSS reader so it’ll politely notify you at some point in the future when I decide to blather at length
* I’ve recently been posting to Twitter, because 140 characters is about my speed lately.

    However, could you at least post links to your MMORPG.com articles from here, so we can have a discussion of those articles on this site rather than there? (Because, to be honest, I’m quite tired of all those posts written by people who don’t know where the SHIFT key is, or who think it’s just better to leave CAPS LOCK on.)

    My sentiments exactly. I don’t like social networking and Twitter is just… I can’t even consider “going there”. I’ll just keep checking in. You’ll be back. They all come back. :-)

    I will be sad if this blog slowly dies out in favor of twitter posts. This is part of my daily surfing, even if it is not updated as often as it used to be.

    Count me as another one of your readers that won’t be going on to twitter, I’d rather see you post whatever small blurbs you decide to post here.

    After enduring my free month of Star Trek Online and promptly cancelling, I’ve been checking your website daily, salivating myself to near dehydration, in hopes that you, too, have a not-so-rose-colored-glasses review of the game.

    I read your Public Service Announcement stating you would be trying out Star Trek Online, due to your gargantuan knowledge base of Star Trek lore acquired only through decades of staring at your television and praying you could be beamed up one day, too. Please don’t disappoint the masses by continuing to starve us of the complete shelacking of STO only deliverable by LtM.
