David Allen And Derek Smart Can't Stop Posting (Well, Maybe They Can)

The blog post that prompted this entry was just replaced with the following: “Note: This blog has temporarily been removed in order to support an amicable resolution to the issue at hand.”

Apparently the lawyers finally got involved and told everyone to PLAY NICE ALREADY and…

…so I’m removing my copious re-posting of the OH GOD PLEASE STOP bits, awaiting the day in the future when they reappear and I can properly mock them again.

    Decklin bought the distribution rights from David Allen a while back. About I year ago I bought a copy of Mordor from the site brand new in the box.

    Same here.

    For those who remember, this sounds just like what happened to David Allen with Horizons, only with a different cast of antagonists. I don’t know what that means. But I do know I deeply miss what Horizons was going to be, back in the day before the first cast of antagonists.

    Oh dear gods! That made my head hurt. Dude! Step 1, admit you made a crappy game that didn’t seel and was losing money. Noone cares about your “fully virtualized company” or your wonderful social tools if noone in fact bought your game or your game was lousy. And no you do not have a history of creating 2 succesful MMO’s or launching 2 of them. You have a history of doing badly at MMO’s twice. With a healthy dose of arrogance and insanity thrown in. You say you learned from your experiences at artifact, well apparently not enough. The problem is you, look inward.

    This is a completely diferent issue from tossing Derek smart into this mix. Which is a level of insanity multiplied exponentially.
