I’m still in contact with both Baumanns. Pete Sr. sold his stake in Pure Stroke to someone else. RC is still churning away in development. Anyway its a hallmark for all game developers to never be on time.

Pete Sr. is still continuing his major lawsuit against Ezboard, Crossroads Network (for hosting in the past Lum the Mad), Lum the Mad, Yahoo, and Chris Anderson.
Chris Anderson is getting a double whammie since Pete Sr had won a small claims court suit against Chris Anderson.
Like i said earlier all 413 pre-order customers recieved a refund about 11 months ago. Only the hardcore or curiousity seekers which amount to 37 of us still have our pre-order status.
I can’t comment on why the RDS website is taken down. Eventhough i do know why, but i’m not abiliged to say.
If I ever got contacted by Pete Sr. again for his major, major lawsuit, I’ll let you know. After all, Verio isn’t on his list any more. They must have settled out of court. For one million dollars.
But we won’t be as easy. I mean, hell, LumCorp LLC probably has more assets than Yahoo at the moment. We know we’re a tempting target for those who would seek to destroy us. We won’t stop fighting back. In the streets. In the fields. On the beaches. For the children.
