SIERRA DIGS DEEP FOR DIRT, ASSOCIATES ASKED TO SUBMIT EMAILS AND OTHER MATERIALS [Author: Arcadian Del Sol]

The Middle Earth Online lawsuit just entered the next phase. In an internal memo issued to all staff on 5-23, Sierra requests that all employees submit “…any records, notes, email or anything else related to this entity, its employees or subcontractors, including Bridgette Patrovsky, do not dispose of them or remove them from the premises. Please collect all such records and send them to Debra Raffle in the Law Department.”

Because we don’t have our own Law Department here at lumthemad.net, we’ll steal this idea from Sierra and ask that any of you who have any emails or notes or records or T-shirts from Purestrokegolf or Red Dragon Software, you are asked to submit them.

If you have any pictures of Claudia Schiffer, do not dispose of them. Please collect them and send them to Arcadian Del Sol in the Internet Pr0n Department.

Officially, the only action thus far was the 5/17/2001 filing by MM3D against Sierra On-Line and Mark Hood, for breach of contract. We will continue to watch this closely for anything stupid.

You may now return to your EA HATE already in progress.
